As an anxious teenager, I was left deeply frustrated at the level of help, support and teaching that was available when it came to running our own mind.
At school we learn subjects like Maths, English, Physics and Chemistry (all important subjects of course)…but where was the training on how to use your mind?
So because of this, I decided to create a ‘School for the Mind’ to help people who struggle with their mental wellbeing (or simply just want to unlock more of the mind’s potential) take back control of their mind, so they can live a better life.
The Mind School approach involves learning how to run & manage the different layers of your mind through self-study (online) methods.
By doing so, you’ll learn how to unlock the full potential of your mind, create positive changes that ACTUALLY last, and experience greater results in almost every area of your life
